You're Not Imagining It

Your body is changing.
I can help you understand why.

Perimenopause and postmenopause bring real, measurable changes to your hormones, metabolism, sleep, and mood. Too often, women are told their symptoms are "just aging" — or handed a prescription without any investigation into what's actually driving them.

Think Wiser is primarily a telehealth service. I use functional labs and a personalized care plan to address root causes — so you can get answers and support from wherever you are. Acupuncture may be recommended as part of your plan, but isn't a requirement.

What’s Included in Your Initial Consult

Before we meet, I review your complete health history, symptom questionnaire, and any labs or provider notes you’ve shared — so our time together starts with real context, not a blank slate. After your visit, I combine my intake notes with your session notes into a personalized document outlining recommended labs, supplements, lifestyle adjustments, and anything worth discussing with your prescribing physician.

Investment

  • Initial Consult (60 min)$400
  • Follow-Up Visit (60 min)$180
  • Follow-Up Visit (30 min)$90

Visit frequency typically begins around every 4 weeks and tapers as your symptoms stabilize. Most patients transition to maintenance visits every 6–12 months.

How I Help

A complete approach
to hormonal health.

Functional Lab Testing

We go beyond standard bloodwork. Comprehensive hormone panels, thyroid markers, adrenal function, nutrient levels, and metabolic markers give me a full picture of what's actually happening in your body.

  • Full hormone panel (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA)
  • Thyroid function beyond TSH
  • Adrenal and cortisol assessment
  • Nutrient and inflammatory markers
  • Metabolic and cardiovascular risk factors

Personalized Wellness Planning

Your results and symptoms inform a care plan that's uniquely yours — combining nutritional guidance, lifestyle adjustments, and targeted supplementation. For local patients, acupuncture may be integrated where clinically appropriate.

  • Evidence-informed supplement protocols
  • Nutrition guidance for hormonal support
  • Sleep and stress optimization strategies
  • Ongoing plan adjustments as you progress
  • Guidance on when to loop in your existing care team

Lab-Guided Supplementation

Targeted supplementation based on your actual lab results — not generic protocols. I identify the specific nutrient depletions, hormonal imbalances, and metabolic patterns driving your symptoms, then build a protocol around what your body actually needs.

  • Evidence-based supplement protocols per your labs
  • Targeted nutrient repletion
  • Dosing adjusted as your labs improve
  • No guesswork, no one-size-fits-all formulas

My Process

How I work
with you.

01

Listen First

Your story matters. I spend real time understanding your symptoms, history, and what you've already tried — before recommending anything.

02

Test, Don't Guess

Comprehensive functional labs reveal what's driving your symptoms. No assumptions, no protocols off a shelf.

03

Build Your Plan

Nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle and possibly acupuncture — woven into a cohesive plan that fits your life and your goals.

04

Adjust and Evolve

Your body changes. Your plan does too. I check in regularly and refine your care as you progress.

* Local patients may benefit from acupuncture as part of the treatment plan, but it isn't required.

Common Questions

What to expect

New to functional health for hormonal health? Here are answers to the questions I hear most.

View all FAQs

What's the difference between perimenopause and menopause?

Perimenopause is the transition phase — often beginning in your 40s — when hormone levels start to fluctuate. Menopause is defined as 12 consecutive months without a period. Many of the most challenging symptoms occur during perimenopause, which can last several years.

Do I need a referral to work with you?

No referral needed. You can book a consult directly. I welcome patients who are already working with other providers — and I'll let you know when something I find warrants a conversation with your existing care team.

Do you prescribe hormones or HRT?

I am not a prescribing practice. If hormone replacement therapy is appropriate for you, I can help you understand your options and identify what to discuss with a prescribing provider.
